The Brain-Based Training Collective is a professional learning experience for trainers, facilitators, instructional designers, and learning leaders who want their programs to stick long after the session ends.

This is not about adding more content.
It is about designing learning that works with how the brain learns.

Inside the Collective, courses will help you learn how to move beyond information delivery and build learning experiences that support attention, engagement, memory, practice, and real world application.

Brain-Based Strategy Sessions (Monthly)

In addition to the core curriculum, members have access to live Brain-Based Strategy Sessions.

These sessions are designed to help you apply brain-based principles directly to your real work.

During strategy sessions, you will:

Bring current training challenges or programs you are building
Workshop designs using brain-based learning principles
Strengthen existing content instead of starting from scratch
Clarify what to keep, what to remove, and what to redesign
Leave with clear next steps and practical direction

These sessions are collaborative, supportive, and grounded in real application so you are never learning in isolation.

Ask the Brain Office Hours (Monthly)

Learning design does not happen neatly or in a straight line.
That is why the Collective includes Ask the Brain Office Hours.

These live office hours give you direct access to guidance and support as questions come up.

During office hours, you can:

Ask questions about your current learning design challenges
Get feedback on engagement, structure, and flow
Problem solve obstacles in real time
Explore how to apply brain-based principles to unique contexts
Gain clarity when you feel stuck or unsure
