It’s a supportive coaching space for high-achieving moms who are tired of living in constant stress and want to feel calm, grounded, emotionally present, and connected to themselves again without adding more to their plate.
This is not about becoming perfect.
It’s about learning how to stop abandoning yourself.

Inside Rise Above Burnout, you'll receive a lesson on a short practical focused topic per month, with either one simple action step that can be implemented in real life. Weekly coaching support to get unstuck, and ask questions.
Plan for 15-20 minutes per week, it can apply while walking, driving, or folding laundry. There’s no catching up required. You have support for like-minded women when needed, this is not another busy Facebook page.
What women notice in the first few weeks is:

The expected time is 15 to 20 mins p/wk. The immediate result is to feel lighter within 7 days, and:
