Most people try to manifest by doing things like affirmations, vision boards, or saying positive thoughts. And those things do make you feel better in the moment.
But it’s kind of like having a big hole in your floor.
You know the hole is there.
You know it’s a problem.
So you put a rug over it.
And honestly?
It does look nicer.
For a day, the room feels finished.
You feel accomplished.
You feel like you’re finally on the right track.
But the hole didn’t go anywhere.
It’s just covered.
And eventually, when you are just going about your day,
you walk into the room, forget the hole is there, and fall straight back into it.
Not because you’re doing anything wrong.
Not because the rug isn’t helpful.
Not because you’re not trying hard enough.
But because the actual problem (the hole) was never repaired.
Affirmations, visualizations, journaling…
Those are the rug.
They make things look and feel better for a moment.
But the subconscious belief underneath (the thing you keep tripping over) is still there.
Beliefs like:
“I have to be stressed to make money.”
“Love always ends in chaos.”
“Rest isn’t safe.”
“Things don’t work out for me.”
Those are the holes in the floor.
Until you repair the hole aka you update the subconscious belief,
you’re always going to fall back into the same pattern, no matter how nice the rug looks.
When you actually fix the floor, everything changes:
Now you can put a rug over it, decorate it, make it pretty AND it actually holds.
You’re not afraid of falling through anymore.
The room feels solid.
You feel solid.
Because the foundation was repaired.
That’s what subconscious reprogramming does.
It fixes what’s underneath so everything on top actually lasts.
And that is The Anti Manifestation Manifestation Way.
