The Calm and Energized Mom Blueprint is a membership that helps working moms get healthy by improving their gut health as well as learning to decrease the overwhelm by learning about your nervous system. This is taught through a step by step program that leaves all of the uncertainty out of it.

A little Background:

I'm Renee, I am a Chiropractor and Functional Medicine Practitioner. I started a mobile chiropractic business back in 2020 in Houston. I worked with extremely busy people and noticed something was missing. My patients could not calm down, they were constantly stuck in fight or flight and were only surviving. I also noticed that they really did not take care of their gut health and the nervous system and the gut goes hand in hand. I also noticed when patients lost weight their pain started to decrease, because their inflammation decreased! I decided to build a program for people like me, busy working moms who feel like they are only surviving when they could be thriving!

How it works:

When you join you'll be placed into our private community and you'll be granted access to all of our short online training videos, monthly live Q&A, and all the templates and worksheets that help get you results!
