What You're Buying

A seat in the founding cohort of Opportunities on the Land, a six-week program for twelve landowner families who are ready to make a decision about their land instead of circling it another year.

What's Included

• Four live group sessions. Group sessions are December 1, December 8, December 15, 2026, and January 5, 2027.

• Four private sessions, built around your own land.

• A Values Assessment, used by some of the country's top legacy planning attorneys, financial consultants, and CPAs, for the landowner, (and for their family, if requested).

• A short pre-watch video and assignment each week, so your report gets built alongside you rather than handed to you at the end.

• Your completed Opportunities on the Land Report by January 6, 2027: your land's soils, water, access, zoning, and current income, and three roads priced for your property: Hold, Transform, or Transition.

• Private introductions to a mentor or how-to consultant for whichever road you choose.

• A two-week break for the Holiday - from December 19 to January 2nd.

• Family Members welcome at any group session at no extra cost.

The Founding rate is $ 2,500.* Eleven of the twelve places are paid seats and one is a VIP place.

This program exists because I want to build it with twelve families rather than for them.

Every group session is recorded, and you get one private makeup session if life gets in the way. If the program isn't right for you, tell me before Session 3 on December 15, and I'll refund your $ 2,500 in full.
