Still Carrying
For women who are pregnant after a loss

You already know what can happen. That's the part nobody else understands.

So this pregnancy doesn't feel like a fresh start. It feels like holding your breath for nine months. You check for symptoms. You brace before every appointment. You won't let yourself buy anything, plan anything, or love this baby too much — because loving them feels dangerous now.

And underneath all of it, there's a baby you're still grieving. You feel guilty for being scared. Guilty for moving forward. Guilty when something makes you happy.

Then someone tells you to just relax. To stay positive. That it'll be fine this time.

Still Carrying is for that.

This is a private community for women who are pregnant after a miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss — run by someone who has been exactly where you are. I lost my first pregnancy, and then carried three more, terrified.

Inside, you'll find:

  • A plan for scan days — what to do the night before, what to ask for in the room, and who to have waiting when you walk out

  • A plan for 2am — something to reach for when the fear gets loud, instead of another hour of googling

  • The Pre-Scan Circle — a short weekly gathering for whoever has an appointment coming up, so you never walk into one alone

  • Women who understand — no one here will tell you to relax, stay positive, or count your blessings

You choose how you show up. This community is private. It doesn't appear in search, and you can use whatever name you want — no one has to know you're here.

What this is and isn't. This is grief coaching and peer community from someone who has lived it. It isn't therapy and it isn't medical care. Anxiety and depression are common after a loss, and if you need a therapist, that's not a failure — I'll help you find one.

I can't promise you an outcome. Nobody can. What I can promise is that you won't do the waiting alone.
