Wasn't there a memberup univserity or academy page that had training videos?? I would like to start directing some of my students to use this platform and now I can't find those short training videos.

Hello! A client gave me feedback that they are already booked by the time the coaching reminder is sent (even though it’s weekly recurring) :) They said they miss events. Can an ADD TO CALENDAR button/direct be added - so it’s not manual, which is an added step for time starved people? Is there a way to do this now and change, edit and brand the event reminder emails content to be in my brand voice, add my logo and add a calendar link? If so, where and how? Thank you!

Hey! It would be super handy if we could receive push notifications, not just emails. I've had a few members mention that as they miss events and comments because they don't check their email that often.

Is there any way within MemberUp to release the pre-recorded content on a schedule??

I am thinking two options. 1. Release on a timed schedule, or 2. Release a specific amount of time after they completed the last module.

@Hunter OBrien Hi Hunter! It seems that for our members they are not able to tag @everyone Just checking that there isnt a bug and if its supposed to be that way. The admins are able to.

Hi I have changed the name of my community. I'd like to change my URL from The pedicure Network to The Nail Salon Team Method. It's saying the URLis not available. I then tried TNSTM and it's saying not available. There are also numbers trailing my current URL. I'm not sure why. Please advise. My first choice for my new URL is The Nail Salon Team Method. Thank you!

Is there any timeline on when the mobile app is coming out so members get app notifications? Or maybe an option to send text reminders? Many don’t check email often.

@Hunter OBrien hey! just onboarded someone to my community but she was able to create a membership to the community without payment I believe... Initially I sent the Memberup Payment link then I sent them a stripe link separately because they were having trouble with the memberup website payment. I went to send them an activation email from memberup but it says her email is already a member >>> https://memberup.com/goldenglowsociety/about

It would be so wonderful to be able to search members based on location. Especially since there's a location field in their profile, it'd be great if that was included in the searches so you can find members close to you or near a location if traveling nearby to connect with.

I had made a Pinned post in my Announcement space, and have dismissed it from my view a while ago. Now I'm unable to see it period, not even in the thread of posts in the Announcement space. Is there any way to see pinned posts even if dismissed, so you can unpin them as updates happen for member view, or be able to edit the post in general? Kind of frustrating that I can't do that after I've dimissed it in the Admin view.

@Hunter OBrien My original name for my program was The Well Lived Body. I have since changed to Strong for Life. There is a warning on changing the name so I want to make sure I execute this correctly. Please advise.
