Hello! A client gave me feedback that they are already booked by the time the coaching reminder is sent (even though it’s weekly recurring) :) They said they miss events. Can an ADD TO CALENDAR button/direct be added - so it’s not manual, which is an added step for time starved people? Is there a way to do this now and change, edit and brand the event reminder emails content to be in my brand voice, add my logo and add a calendar link? If so, where and how? Thank you!

Hey! It would be super handy if we could receive push notifications, not just emails. I've had a few members mention that as they miss events and comments because they don't check their email that often.

Is there any timeline on when the mobile app is coming out so members get app notifications? Or maybe an option to send text reminders? Many don’t check email often.

Hi! I've just created my own community course after being part of someone else's inside MemberUp and I've always wanted the feature of being able to Save a post to refer back to. I wish that was a feature for members inside.

I also would like to see WHO liked posts, even if it's a hovered list, instead of just a counter. Helps me see who engaged and connected with.

I spoke to Stripe, and in order to accept canadian currency on MemberUp instead of just USD, they recommended the following: 

"The integration controls which currency gets passed to Stripe when creating charges. 

MemberUp would need to either:
- Let you configure CAD as the currency in their settings
- Create prices/products in CAD in your Stripe account and reference those
- Pass CAD as the currency parameter in their API calls to Stripe

My hope is you can make these changed instead of me having to make a seperate link through stripe for my canadian clients. 

Is there a  feature that allows you to create a semi-private, dedicated space for sub communities within your community? @Hunter OBrien @Amy Sangster 

The community I lead (Aion Path) is made up of groups of dads at different churches across the US. When our "program" launches at a church those dads all begin the journey at the same time and have their own "sub community" that meets in person. 

Our MemberUp page is for all of the dads in our community, across all churches that have chosen to do the Aion Path. 

Is there a way to create a dedicated space for each church where they are able to share updates, ask questions etc. that might be more specific to the partuclar group of dads in that church?

Hi there, I noticed quiet a few glitches in the program: 

1) When I click on the notification that I have a comment, it will bring me to the thread, but I don't see the comments. Sometimes it just takes a while to upload, or they don't show at all. 

2) When I go into the message box, into a conversation with a new message. It doesn't go right to the bottom of the message box where the new message is. I have to keep scrolling to reach to the bottom of the conversation. 

3) When I try to add a title to a new message to post on a tab, it will start to write then erase, then I have to retype it. When I post it, the title is written twice. When I go to edit the title, it only shows it once, then hit save, and still shows twice. 🤷‍♀️

@Amy Sangster @Hunter OBrien In media I upload to clients in the chat via video it does not upload the audio for the video... we really need a feature to voicenote clients and send videos with audio. I feel like this should be really easy to add. Any updates on when that can be added?

Typing, typing, tpying isn't the most efficient all the time and I want my clients to ahve an amazing experience

An app is really needed and getting notifications for both tags and private messages would be really really helpful 

It would be amazing if we can have a poll function!

I wanted to share some feedback and ask a few questions regarding the Member Up platform:
Spaces vs. Groups – When we signed up, it was communicated that the “spaces” would function like private groups. However, it seems that anyone can access them, which has caused some members to feel that the environment isn’t private enough. Is there a plan to adjust privacy settings so that spaces can be more restricted?
Posting Permissions – Currently, any member can share posts in any space. We would love to see functionality that allows posts to be limited to certain members, so that only those relevant to a particular group or topic can post.
App Development Update – About a year ago, there was mention of a Member Up app being close to finished. Can we get an update on the status of the app and any timeline for release?
Space names and descriptions - The current character count allowed for these areas is incredibly limiting, making it hard for us to provide fitting names and descriptions of our spaces.
Pinning - In the spaces pinning posts is not possible, we would love for there to be a feature allowing you to pin multiple posts throughout the platform.
We really appreciate the platform and are excited about its potential—these changes would make it feel safer, more tailored, and more functional for our members.

Hi friends! I was just wondering if/when there would be a way to put people on a payment plan for the annual membership option? I am LOVING Memberup but this is definitely the #1 pain point with converting sales. People realllyyyy want payment plans!
